I am a highly experienced and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse with extensive experience across NHS, community mental health, inpatient psychiatric services and residential care. Throughout my career, I have developed strong expertise in mental health assessment, care coordination, care planning, medication management, safeguarding, risk assessment and person-centred support. I have worked with individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health conditions, including schizophrenia, depression, mood and personality disorders, as well as people with autism and complex support needs. I am confident working independently and as part of multidisciplinary teams, liaising effectively with families, healthcare professionals and external agencies to achieve positive outcomes.
